About Us

Four Points Media Group LLC is a television station holding company founded by the private equity firm Cerberus Capital Management in 2007 with its purchase of seven television stations previously owned by CBS Television Stations, a subsidiary of CBS Corporation.

These television stations include: KEYE - KUSG - KUTV - WLWC - WTCN - WTVX - WWHB. Four Points took over the day-to-day operations of the stations via local marketing agreements on June 25, 2007. The acquisition of the stations was granted FCC approval on November 21, 2007. KUTV, the CBS affiliate in Salt Lake City, serves as the master-control hub facility for Four Points' stations.
